If you’re hoping to pop something bookish under the tree this year, here’s your gentle reminder to shop early so the postal service has plenty of time to work its magic.
🌍 International orders: please order by 8th December
📮 UK orders: please order by 18th December
You can still place orders after these dates, they just might not make it in time for Christmas. We’ll be packing as quickly as we can, but holiday delays do happen.
We’re also taking a little festive break from 19th December to 5th January. Our shop will stay open, but any orders placed during this time will ship once we’re back.
UK Shipping - Once your order is ready it will be dispatched using Royal Mail's first class service. With this service there is usually a 2 - 5 day turnaround time. Delivery is FREE for orders over £35 and £2.50 for orders under.
Delivery will be to the address you have specified in your order. If any of these details are incorrect, we cannot be liable for any items that have not been received.
During busy periods such as Christmas, shipping may take longer than usual due to Royal Mail delays.
International Shipping - All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Airmail, so you can follow your parcel's journey. Shipping costs start at £8.95 and vary based on your parcel's weight.
Please allow 10-30 business days for delivery, depending on your location. We recommend ordering with plenty of time if you need your items by a specific date, as international shipping can occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, strike action, or other factors beyond our control.
US Customers - Good news! Orders to the United States are sent tariff-free and duties paid, so there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives.
European Customers - Following the UK's departure from the EU, customs duties and VAT may apply to orders shipped to Europe. These charges vary by country and are set by your local customs authorities. Any fees will need to be paid directly to your postal service or customs office to receive your parcel. We're unable to cover these costs, but your local customs office can provide guidance on expected charges for your order.
Customs Charges - Customers are responsible for any local charges, custom taxes and duties that may be charged. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible for any local charges once the package has been shipped. Please note that customers in Europe may now also pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the EU. Please check with your local customs authorities if you are unsure.
