Please be aware that the postal service has slowed down considerably as they are dealing with an increased volume of mail along with COVID-19 restrictions to keep everyone safe. As a result, your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
Our processing time for making and packing orders is 1 - 2 working days and once your order is ready it will be dispatched using Royal Mail's first class service. With this service there is usually a 2 - 5 day turnaround time. Delivery is FREE for orders over £25 and £1.95 for orders under.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail's Airmail service which is untracked. The delivery cost depends on the weight of your parcel and starts at £3.95. Airmail shipping takes around 10 - 30 business days to arrive depending on where in the world you are located.
Please note: Customers in Europe may now pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the European Union. Please check with your local customs authorities. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we’re afraid we cannot be held responsible for any local charges.
International Tracked orders are sent using Royal Mail's Tracked take around 7 - 15 business days to arrive depending on where in the world you are located. Prices start at £8.95 and varies based on the weight of your parcel. You will be provided with a tracking reference number.
Customers are responsible for any local charges, custom taxes and duties that may be charged. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible for any local charges once the package has been shipped. Please note that customers in Europe may now also pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the EU. Please check with your local customs authorities if you are unsure.
We hope that you love your order however we understand that you may need to send something back. Items can be refunded within 30 days of receipt of an item. Items must be returned as new in the original packaging.
