Shipping policy
Orders are sent from our office during Monday – Friday using Royal Mail’s postal service. Our processing time for making and packing orders is 1 - 2 working days.
Shipping turnaround times are approximate and whilst we will do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within these timelines, they cannot be guaranteed and there may be occasions where factors outside our control can affect delivery times. We cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries that are caused by third parties or circumstances that are beyond our control.
Delivery will be to the address(es) you have specified in your order. If any of these details are incorrect, we cannot be liable for any items that have not been received.
Customers in Europe may now pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the European Union. Please check with your local customs authorities. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we’re afraid we cannot be held responsible for any local charges.
If you’ve not received your order within the estimated delivery times, please get in touch with us within 30 days for all UK orders or 45 days for all international orders at hello@literaryemporium.co.uk
Unfortunately we’re unable to look into delayed orders once these time periods have passed.
