BUY IT

In the time it takes you to read this, you could already have bought it and been on your way to finding out for yourself how lovely this bookmark is!

Beautiful, hefty yet dainty, with a helluva quote, and the incredible detail of having the underside of “under’t” visible “under” the snake (the other side of the bookmark), what more could you want from a bookmark? I missed out on it at the Bodelian Library gift shop — I told myself I’d pick it up a week later ant the end of my trip and they’d sold out! — but then found the original source! You’d best believe I snapped it right up.

NOW — if you’re keeping your books safe, sound, and non-mobile at home, you can nestle this around the page corner and it’s fine. I made the mistake of doing that with a book I put in a bag and took to the metro. … With apologies to that page corner, don’t do that (it wrinkled but didn’t tear, don’t worry, fellow book-lovers!) Totally my fault. Now, I just put it right in the middle of the page and no harm is done to the pages, whilst I get to take my favourite bookmark out of the house and enjoy it! It’s easy to see where it is, open the book up, and keep on reading.

Are you still here? That’s sweet of you to stick with me to the end, but you really ought to be completing your purchase now!
