And yes, we know - The Tempest isn’t technically a tragedy! Traditionally classed as a comedy and now often described as one of Shakespeare’s late romances, it’s the exception to our Shakespeare’s Tragedies theme. But with a quote this wonderfully dark, we simply couldn’t leave it out.
